Program Manager

Lanesboro Arts is looking for a full time Program Manager who works collaboratively with the Lanesboro Arts Leadership Team and Board to develop & guide the organization’s programming, communication, marketing, and public relations. The primary responsibility of the person who fills this position will be to develop, create and implement high quality and community-engaged arts programs. Also central to this role is the embodiment of the organization’s mission and vision in order to transform it into exciting and useful messages, and to disseminate it to appropriate audiences through effective communication channels. The Program Manager works closely with the Lanesboro Arts Leadership Team and Board to ensure that Lanesboro Arts continues to strengthen its role as an innovative organization with an arts campus approach to community development.

Lanesboro Arts has a dynamic work environment where employees shift between areas of focus, are presented with new opportunities and work side by side with overlapping job duties. The core areas of responsibility for this position include: the Lanesboro Artist Residency Program, Art in the Park, the St. Mane Theatre, the Lanesboro Arts Fall Gala, public art initiatives and all marketing and communications. Gallery Associate

Lanesboro Arts is looking for a part-time Gallery Associate to work flexible hours throughout the year. The person who fills this position will gain excellent gallery experience with opportunity for growth. The Gallery Associate will work closely with the Gallery Director.
