Susan’s art is a search for a light in the dark. She is devoted to images of prairie, sky, water, wind and weather. Her pieces stem from a love of subtle Midwest colors, as well as the dramatic changes that occur in our landscapes and lakes. I will always be inspired by and paint the endless miles of prairies and grasses in all the seasons.
