Purchasing Tickets
Tickets are $10 and can be purchased in advance via LanesboroArts.org, or by calling or stopping into the Lanesboro Arts Gallery during business hours. The Gallery is located at 103 Parkway Ave N in Lanesboro and can be reached via phone at 507-467-2446.
The St. Mane Theatre box office opens for business at 6:30 p.m. on the day of the event. Any remaining tickets not sold in advance will be sold in-person beginning at that time.
Electronic Ticketing
Patrons who purchased tickets in advance are required to check-in at the box office or with a Lanesboro Arts representative upon arrival. We will have a list of the names of ticket buyers at the box office beginning at 6:30 p.m. If the ticket buyer and their guests arrive together, no receipt or proof of purchase is needed in order to be admitted to the event–we will have a list! Alternatively, attendees can also present a printed copy of the PDF ticket the buyer was sent or simply pull it up and present it on a smart phone.
The playbill for the evening’s show you receive upon check-in will serve as “your ticket,” or proof of purchase, until the doors open for seating at 7 p.m. and for the remainder of the show.
Sold Out Shows & Wait List
Since ‘Over the Back Fence’ routinely sells out, patrons are strongly encouraged to plan ahead and purchase tickets in advance. In the event of a sold out show, a wait list will begin at 6:30 p.m. the evening of the show in the St. Mane Theatre lobby for any tickets that may be turned back or become available. Under no circumstances will names be put on the wait list prior to 6:30 p.m. the evening of the show. Patrons putting their name on the wait list must be physically present in the lobby in order to purchase any tickets that may become available.
Complimentary Tickets
Six complimentary tickets for the season, to be used in any combination, are granted to each business sponsor of ‘Over the Back Fence.’ Business sponsors interested in redeeming their tickets must call 507-467-2446 or stop into the Gallery in advance.
A small amount of house seats are held back to be used by family, friends or guests of persons performing on-stage as part of the show, including musical guests. Performers interested in redeeming these house seats must do so in advance, as they are released when the box office opens the evening of the show for walk-up sales. Please contact Kara at kara@lanesboroarts.org.
Discounted Tickets
No student, senior, member, large group or other type of discount is offered to patrons for ‘Over the Back Fence.’ Business sponsors help keep ticket prices low and the all-volunteer production helps cover the costs to maintain and operate the facility year-round.
Refunds and Exchanges
All sales are final and tickets cannot be refunded. We are happy to issue you a donation receipt for your unused / turned back tickets.
Infants & Toddlers
For the comfort and safety of all patrons, all audience members sitting in their own seat, regardless of age, are required to have their own ticket.
