Upstairs Studio Space
The Upstairs Studio Space of the St. Mane Theatre was designed to include a large open room ideal for classes, meetings, and other events. Comfortably accommodating up to 30 people, the space includes a utility sink, a kitchenette, eight stools along the counter, three 6-foot tables, and 16 folding chairs. Kitchenette includes dishes, cooking utensils, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, teapot, coffeemaker, etc.
St. Mane Upstairs Lodging
The upper level also features a private bedroom (queen bed & bedding, desk, lamp, chair, closet) and a private bathroom (shower, toilet, vanity/sink, towels) available for rent separately.
Upstairs Green Room
We also have a green room with stairs leading down to the backstage area (equipped with make-up lights, hanging racks, ironing board, utility sink).
Auditorium
The historic 113 seat auditorium has a 22.5′ x 19.5′ main stage area, as well as audio and lighting equipment. The film screening equipment allows for films to be screened in High Definition via Blu-Ray or a computer connected via HDMI & a 1/8″ audio jack.

Rental Inquiries
Presenting Partner Rental: $500
Includes LA website event page, ticket management, inclusion in digital media marketing channels, AV Tech, and 1 FOH staff
*additional fee of $250 per additional AV Tech needed
Basic Rental: $250
Includes stage rental and minimal tech equipment usage
Does not include AV Tech, FOH, or any marketing/website listings
*additional fee of $250 per AV Tech needed, which must be used if you’re using St. Mane equipment

Upstairs Studio: $50 for up to 3 hours; $85 for full day use
Does not include usage of Studio Art Supplies (those are property of Lanesboro Arts)
