Join Alayna Sobieniak for youth Yoga + Art + Nature classes! The classes will include book reading, a yoga game / activity, outdoor game / activity, and an art project.
Lanesboro Arts welcomes all experience levels of youth ages 5 to 9. Activities may include weaving, printmaking, sidewalk chalk, nature sculptures, and more. This class will be an art experience with the opportunity to explore new mediums while being active outdoors. Similar to the Art in Nature classes held last summer.
Alayna Sobieniak is an early childhood teacher who is passionate about supporting children’s social and emotional health. She has spent the last decade working with children in schools, childcares, and most recently, the great outdoors teaching forest school and children’s yoga. She has her degree in Child Development from Northern Michigan University.

Space is limited to 6 students so there will be registration in advance. All supplies are included with a registration fee of $10.00 per class. Contact Kara at 507-467-2446 ext. 3 if a participant needs financial assistance.
COVID-19 precautions are in place for this activity. Attendance is capped. The classes will be taught inside/outdoors and will maintain proper social distancing. Supplies will not be shared between students and mask will be required.
