The Menu:

Appetizer: "Two Bite" Seafood Cakes made of Organic Scottish Salmon, Tiger Prawns and Fresh Lump Blue Crab with Smoked Paprika and Sherry Vinegar Sauce

Wine:  Freixenet Carta Nevada Brut ~ Spain

Salad:  Grilled Romaine Lettuce with creamy Lemon & Olive Oil Dressing, Garlic Croutons and shaved Reggiano Parmesan

Wine:  Candoni Organic Pinot Grigio ~ Italy

Entrée:  Your choice

  • Char Grilled New York Strip Steak on Yukon Gold Potatoes with Portabella Mushroom Ragu and Haricots Verts.
    Wine:  Mirassou Cabernet Sauvignon ~ Monterey, California

OR

  • White Miso-Roasted Barramundi (Australian Sea Bass) on Sesame infused Japanese Rice with Roasted Winter Squash Puree, Fresh Ginger & Scallions.
    Wine:  Cupcake Chardonnay ~ Central Coast, California

Dessert:  Double Chocolate Raspberry Truffle Torte with European Roasterie Velvet Hammer Coffee
